Shipping Information

 You Pick Up:  The cheapest price to pay for the slip.  Our Ceramic Casting Slip may be picked up at our Blanchester Location.

When we receive your order, we will email you or telephone you to schedule Pick up.  Or you may telephone us at toll-free 1-866-478-7618.

Just use our Shopping Cart to purchase our Casting Slip in two or four gallons boxes.  Just make adjustments to the Quantity in the shopping cart, add your Zip Code, and "Update" the shopping cart for your total with shipping costs.

Freight Shipments:  Feel free to contact us for a Freight Estimate for shipping. Call our toll-free telephone number 1-866-478-7618.  We can ship 120 gallons of slip on a pallet to your location or to a freight terminal for you to pickup and load into your vehicle.  We will give you a total for slip, packaging, and freight costs.

If you are a small school or commercial location without a Loading Dock the rates will still apply, but you will need to off load the slip off of  the truck.  Residential delivery surcharges for truck delivery are much higher mainly because the big trucks have much more difficult time moving around in residential neighborhoods.  To avoid residential surcharges just request delivery to the closest Freight terminal in your area.  You will need to provide us with this address and information for correct freight costs and delivery arrangements.  You will have to load your own vehicle.

Delivery:  For Central/Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana customers we offer delivery, in a limited area only, for a charge. Contact Us for the amount added to your purchase for our Limited Delivery Area delivery charge.

Mold orders will be picked up at our location unless other arrangements are made in advance for your order.

We hold the right to charge you for exact shipping costs plus packing materials for all orders.
