All Sales are Final
For Ceramic Slip orders received for Freight Shipment. All estimates are given for delivery address that was presented with your order or through information provided in telephone conversations or email messages, therefore, changes in address at time of delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. All estimates are only valid for a 7-day period. Orders that take time to produce or are asked to held for a specified and approved amount of time risk the change in freight charges. Once a shipment leaves our location, all damages are the responsibility of the freight shipping company. We, Homegrown Creations/Your Ceramic Touch, is not responsible for damages to your Ceramic Casting Slip order during transit period. All damages to Ceramic Casting Slip orders during transit period must be reported to us, Homegrown Creations/Your Ceramic Touch, and the Freight Shipping Company within four (4) business days of delivery of your freight/Ceramic Casting Slip order. Once your order and freight charges have been confirmed, your order cannot be changed or canceled. We hold the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
When Purchasing Molds with our company, you must provide the Mold Number from that mold company. There no returns on molds. If you have problems with your mold, you must contact that mold company for troubleshooting issues. We hold the right to charge for the cost of the mold based on the invoice we received from the mold manufacturer including any shipping costs. Check you mold numbers carefully before you place your order. There are no exchanges on molds ordered by telephone, email, or other order methods, so check your numbers carefully.
In regards to fabrics and color of painted items. All items are made to be the item you ordered. We hold the right to select fabrics that are on hand or similar to the fabric used for an item shown as an example on our website. Ceramic items are painted with the exact or "closest to" the item shown as an example on our website. Fabrics and paint colors in photographs can change or become distorted. Fabrics can become obsolete, therefore, another fabric of color and/or design will be used to finish the item. We do not guarantee that your chosen item will have the exact fabric for the outfit or the exact colors as seen on our website.
In regards to orders we receive. We do appreciate the interest we receive from so many people to purchase our slip/ceramic bisque/hand-made items, but we hold the right to refuse any order that we receive.
In regards to very large orders. We keep large quantities of our Ceramic Casting Slip in stock, but we do hold the right to schedule pick ups of very large orders during very heavy purchase times of the year to when the quantity is available. All orders are filled in order in which they were received. We receive many orders and feel that all our orders are important, therefore, we will not allow orders that are in process to be stopped or held so a very large order can be processed immediately.
When purchasing from our website. We are always producing our ceramic casting slip. For all other produces that we sell, we produce our items as we receive orders for those items. We do try to keep some items on our shelves so they are ready to be shipped, but orders are arriving from our website constantly which at times depletes our shelves of ready-to-ship items and we are back to producing the items as the orders are received. We know that our customers are excited about receiving their orders, but we believe that our customers also want a quality product. We use great care to produce each item and time is one of the requirements necessary to produce a high-quality item. In respect to this, our items may take much longer to receive than our customers anticipate. Please try to place your orders with us as far in advance as possible for ample time to produce and ship the item(s).
We do not have a policy of "your satisfaction guaranteed" with our product(s). We produce every item with care and quality. We produce an item as we would want it produced for ourselves but this varies from individual to individual. Therefore, your purchase from us is at your own risk. If you receive an item and have a comment, please contact us. If you receive an item(s) and are happy with your purchase, let us know. We would like to hear from you regardless of your comment. When you purchase with a Credit Card our policy is: When you select items from our website to purchase with your credit card (such as adding them to our shopping cart, or submitting an order form to us, or placing an order with us), you are hereby authorizing us, Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch (our company), to charge your credit card for the total of your order and for the cost of packing materials and shipping costs. When you Submit an order to Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch, you agree to our Purchase Policy and our credit card policy.
